  Visited store to have fourth phone added to my account. Was met very quickly by newer employee ( was constantly asking how to's from other staff). Very quickly found out that this store was unhelpful and unwilling. After 10 minutes of being told "we can't do that.... or we're not authorized to do that ", I stood up and dialed 611 to speak with Verizon directly. Quickly found out I was dealing with a local franchise and was offered to resolve on the phone or to visit Verizon office on Battlefield to resolve. I traveled to Springfield too visit Battlefield location where I was handled like the only customer in town. WOW, will not return to republic Russell cellular store. That's too bad since it's closer. Would not recommend this location. Think twice and drive the extra distance.
